Phonics Group of Institutions provided the platform to study, excel, compete and explore my potential. Motivational teaching, making projects, learnings at Internship helped a lot in understanding the technical aspects and clearing the job interviews. There are many take-aways from my Phonics Group of Institutions experience. The way lecturers and professors imparted knowledge in lecture halls and labs, the enjoyable moments of industry visits, giving vent to inventive spirit in workshops and above all the peer influences, sometimes friendly, sometimes intimidating, but all leaving positive effect, helped me to get to this position of my career. Today when I am holding a high-profile job in Patanjali, Haridwar I am sure that it was the opportunities provided by Phonics Group of Institutions to interact with brilliant people and build relationships, which have stood me in good stead. I was encouraged to participate in activities at a cultural, literary, sport and scientific level in a highly creative environment. In the hindsight, I believe that these experiences shaped me into self-disciplined, confident man who is ever ready to take any situation well in his stride.

The aim of mentoring is to improve visibly someone’s life in the shortest time possible, dealing with the way people think, make decisions and act. The impact of mentoring by the teachers of Department of CSE at Phonics Group of Institutions is seen in my success. It was not easy to leave a place that has given the push to enhance myself all round, exploring my potential. Like the popular saying, “nothing lasts forever”, I had to move on with life. Today, I am fortunate enough to be working in Accenture, New Delhi as a Software Engineer. I have continued to follow Phonics Group of Institutions online via various platforms and I am really proud to be associated with my Alma Mater. I look forward to visiting very soon and in my little way contributing to the massive growth the Institution is experiencing.

Studying in Phonics Group of Institutions was one of the important phases of my life that gave me an opportunity to explore my interest and most important it taught me to be disciplined. Discipline is like in the air of its environment. I am so grateful to be a part of my Alma Mater. After Graduating, I was privileged enough to get chance to work with ITMC systems, New Delhi. With all my experience I will only say whatever you go into, you have to go in there to be the best. There’s no other formula. It’s all about passion, honesty and hard work. It might look to be a destiny, but it takes a lot of hard work. Everything is possible, it’s never too late and most important let your failure be your motivation to success. Phonics Group of Institutions gave me confidence to conquer the world. Phonics Faculty stood by me during those trying times when I was all set to quit, and then there was no looking back. After having graduated from Phonics Group of Institutions, with guidance & motivation from my Faculty, I got a job in bitGain Technology Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi as a “.net developer. The line which always motivated me: “You never know when you will be a human again, so do whatever you want to do. Don’t blame anyone for not achieving your dreams. Always go for what you want.” I realized what I want to do in my life. With all the learning in Phonics Group of Institutions, now I am trying to achieve another goal of becoming an Influencer in Society. I am so ever grateful to Phonics Group of Institutions for everything and now, Phonics Alumni Association which is bringing back the PGIan’s under one umbrella.
