There are many take-aways from my Phonics Group of Institutions experience. The way lecturers and professors imparted knowledge in lecture halls and labs, the enjoyable moments of industry visits, giving vent to inventive spirit in workshops and above all the peer influences, sometimes friendly, sometimes intimidating, but all leaving positive effect, helped me to get to this position of my career. Today when I am holding a high-profile job in Patanjali, Haridwar I am sure that it was the opportunities provided by Phonics Group of Institutions to interact with brilliant people and build relationships, which have stood me in good stead. I was encouraged to participate in activities at a cultural, literary, sport and scientific level in a highly creative environment. In the hindsight, I believe that these experiences shaped me into self-disciplined, confident man who is ever ready to take any situation well in his stride.
